I began my professional career at a local restaurant, where I quickly rose through the ranks thanks to my dedication and love for the craft. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the finest kitchens around the world, from quaint bistros in France to bustling five-star hotels in New York City. Each experience has enriched my culinary repertoire and honed my skills, allowing me to create dishes that are both innovative and rooted in tradition.
